Tourrettes sur Loup is an ancient Which city has preserved its authenticity. Also built on a rocky peak, it dominates the French Riviera. This village has become a famous place for artists to meet in the forties.
Tourrettes sur Loup is the "City of Violets".

Saint Paul de Vence is one of the most visited villages in France. It appears from afar St Paul de Vence

among the hills and valleys of the country of Vence and offers all a site full of charms. Many artists (painters, writers and actors) have accustomed to find their way to the hostel of La Toison d'Or. La Grande Rue, the main street of the village for pedestrians, is lined with houses emblazoned with arcades and loggias. It brings together many artists' studios, art galleries and crafts. The Ramparts, almost intact, provide to St. Paul a very nice view of the Alps, the sea (Cap d'Antibes) and Esterel mountains.
